To commemorate the United Nations World Humanitarian Day (August 19th), and as part of our service to humanity, the SOP Initiative’s ConnectCharity Special Projects Arm organized another blood drive in Lagos.
At SOP Initiative, we believe that every person deserves a chance to live and that donating blood is donating life. As a result, we encouraged individuals all over the world to donate blood at a government-approved health center or one of the facilities with which we collaborated through the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Committee (LSBTC).
From August 16 through August 22, 2021, the campaign was open to the public.
