OUR TEAM
OUR STRUCTURE ALLOWS MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS TO WORK TOGETHER. AS A VOLUNTEER, ONE CAN EITHER JOIN THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS’ FAMILY OR THE CONNECTCHARITY SPECIAL PROJECT TEAM.
Board of Trustees
The group’s founder and first President, Emmanuel Efunwoye, as well as the current president, vice president, and four other founding members, serve on the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees steers the group’s activities in accordance with its vision, mission, and goals.
Family Heads
This team of executive committee members is led by the President.
The SOP Initiative’s Central Executive Committee is made up of the Family Heads. The Family Heads are in charge of activities in the group’s 11 Families or departments.
The President and Vice President, on the other hand, are members of this exco team, though they are not specifically in charge of any family. Let’s just say they are the family’s leaders.
UNit Heads
The SOP Initiative’s ten departments are divided into 24 units. This means that there are 24 unit heads reporting to 11 family heads.
The unit heads are in charge of the various sub-tasks required to run the group’s projects and operations.
Members of this team are expected to succeed the Family heads.
The Workforce
The workforce of the SOP Initiative is made up of highly skilled members from various walks of life, allowing them to handle various aspects of the organization.
Other Members
As previously stated, our structure allows for both members and non-members to operate. Those who are unable to fully participate in our workforce can occasionally join the ConnectCharity special project team as volunteers during project implementation.
